Questions
Why are web plans cheaper than iOS?
Apple charges a 30% fee on all App Store transactions. Web billing goes directly through Stripe — no middleman, so the price is lower. Same product, same engine.
Can I use the web app if I have an iOS subscription?
Producer+ includes web app access. If you're on the Producer plan (iOS only), you can add a Staff or Legend web subscription separately, or upgrade to Producer+.
How does Android access work?
Android is currently available as a direct APK install while Google Play review is in progress. A Staff or Legend web subscription covers Android access at the same price. See the Android install guide.
What counts as a narrative?
Each time you tap "Generate" and receive a complete narrative output, that counts as one narrative. Reviewing notes (the gap analysis step) does not count. Regenerating an existing narrative does count.
Is claim data stored anywhere?
No. NarrateIQ doesn't store claim numbers, insured names, addresses, or any PII. Narratives are generated and returned to your device only. See the privacy policy for full details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Web subscriptions cancel through the billing portal in your account settings. iOS subscriptions cancel through Apple's standard subscription management in iPhone Settings.
